Day 17 Typhoon 11-Halong

Even though it started as a typhoon and being the 11th one for the year it's now been down graded to a tropical storm, not to be taken lightly though as winds in some areas are up to 140 km/h and up to 400 mm of rain expected in some areas, safe to say that most of Japan is going to be wet probably for a few days to come, not much to do today just stay at home, have a few drinks and make a list for shopping at 100 Yen Shop.
